FCBR is once again billing via an electronic billing system for our 2013-14 dues to reduce the cost associated with billing (A savings of approximately $1,400 since started). Invoices went out in Mid-September via email. If you didn't receive the email please click here or call us at 223-2900 so we can check your current contact information and settings.

Your membership renewal is due on or before October 31st. We are pleased to again offer several payment plans, see below for more information on the plans & our late fee structure.

Wanted: Nominations for FCBR's 2014 Annual Awards

We are well into the second half of the year which means that FCBR's Annual Awards will again be up for consideration. If you know someone that is deserving of recognition please take the time to nominate them for any of FCBR's annual awards: Rookie of the Year, REALTOR® of the Year, Affiliate of the Year, Distinguished Service Award, Young Professional of the Year Award, Green Awards, or Housing Hero Awards. The deadline for most nominations is by November 1st.

October 24: Listening Session with Congressman Jared Polis

November 19: Annual Holiday Awards Event Celebration

What better way to start the holiday season than to attend the FCBR Annual Holiday Awards Event on November 19th at the Hilton Fort Collins. The networking and social time will begin at 5:30 p.m. followed by a buffet dinner and awards program at 6:30.

October Housing Reports Continue Trend of Increased Pricing & Decreased Affordability

October Housing Report: New Listings were down 11.3 percent for single family homes but increased 3.3 percent for townhouse-condo properties. Pending sales clocked in at 275 for single family homes and 66 for townhouse-condo properties.The Median Sales Price was up 10.5 percent to $287,250 for single family homes and 7.2 percent to $209,010 for townhouse-condo properties. New Membership Info Update Required with 2014-15 Dues Payment

Starting with the 2014-15 FCBR dues billing each member will be required to update their contact information, interests, and preferred communications options in addition to paying dues. It is the belief of FCBR's leadership that this action will definitely allow us to better serve our members and start to focus on communication strategies that best suite you needs as a members and help you to be better informed about the value FCBR offers you as a members.
