The Fort Collins Board of REALTORS sustainability efforts are overseen primarily by our Sustainability Committee. The Sustainability Committee is one of the first of its kind for REALTOR associations in the country.

FCBR’s Sustainability Committee works on sustainability initiatives and promotes awareness of green issue via events and education. They also oversee our annual FCBR Recycling Challenge and Green Awards program. This committee meets on the first Tuesday of each month at the FCBR offices from 1-2pm.
FCBR’s Annual Green Awards are given out each May at our Community Affair Luncheon. Applications are due by April 30th. Awards are given out to an individual REALTOR and Affiliate member and one office winner each year. Apply now: Green Office / Green REALTOR / Green Affiliate
