New Member Ethics Cancellation Policy

New Member Ethics Cancellation Policy

Background Info:  FCBR currently offers the New Member Ethics Class as a complimentary class apart of our primary membership with us.  New Member Ethics is a mandatory class that must be completed within the first six months of joining FCBR. When reviewing tracking for the New Member Ethics classes, attendance has had a high absent rate.

Moving forward FCBR will require all new members to give at least 48 hours’ notice of absence, accept in the case of an immediate emergency.  Member failing to contact a FCBR Staff Member they will then be held responsible for payment in full for the next available New Member Ethics Class.

FBCR’s policy in relation to this requirement. It states as such:

That FCBR establish a New Member Ethics Cancellation Policy with the following guidelines: Any new member wishing to cancel must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to FCBR, accept in the case of a documented emergency. Any member failing to provide at least 48 hours’ notice or meet the emergency provision will be responsible for payment in full to take the New Member Ethics course need to fulfill their membership requirement.
