New Listings were up 13.3% for single family homes but decreased 2% for townhouse-condo properties. Pending Sales landed at 325 for single family homes and 78 for townhouse-condo properties.
The Median Sales Price was up 6.1% to $393,774 for single family homes and 13.5% to $275,000 for townhouse-condo properties. Days on Market decreased 8.7% for single family homes and 12.9% for condo properties.
