New Listings were up 16.8% for single family homes but decreased 19.8% for townhouse-condo properties. Pending Sales landed at 272 for
single family homes and 74 for townhouse-condo properties.
The Median Sales Price was up 4.5% to $370,000 for single family homes but decreased 3.1% to $248,000 for townhouse-condo properties. Days
on Market increased 3% for single family homes and 36.7% for condo properties.
