Young Professional Network (YPN)

  • YPN helps young real estate professionals excel in their careers by giving them the tools and encouragement to become involved in four core areas:
  • REALTOR® associations. Attend REALTOR® conferences and pursue leadership roles with their local, state, and national association.
  • Real estate industry. Take an active role in policy discussions and advocacy issues; be informed about the latest industry news and trends.
  • Peers. Network and learn from one another by attending events, participating in online communication, and seeking out mentoring opportunities.
  • Community. Become exceptional members of their community by demonstrating a high level of REALTOR® professionalism and volunteering for causes they feel passionate about.

To engage younger members who do not typically participate in already established Association events and classes in a way then encourages them to seek additional involvement with the Association. Additionally, to provide unique leadership opportunities that help to develop future leaders for the Association. Moreover, to leverage regional networking opportunities in way that helps to ensure that this smaller demographic of membership finds value long term through greater and more diverse participation in YPN related events.

NoCo YPN hosts a variety of offerings on a monthly basis that are offered and low or no cost thanks to our marketing partners. To keep up to date on the latest be sure to like our Facebook page or Visit our Calendar to learn more and to RSVP/Register today

YPN and Affiliates raised $7,000 for Housing Catalyst Adopt-A-Family

Imagine…A child’s holiday without gifts. Imagine…A mother’s anguish at having to chosse between buying groceries or gifts. Imagine…A father’s sadness at being unable to provide for his family for the holidays. Imagine…If this was your child. The Holiday Project of the Fort Collins Housing Authority (FCHA) provides holiday gifts to very low and low-income families and individuals who are receiving housing assistance through FCHA. The Resident Services staff selects households that are identified as needing assistance because of their financial situations. The YPN organization is adopting 12 families who need your help in providing a Christmas for families and children of NoCO.
