We are excited to have a brand new online bill-pay system to better serve our subscribers. Utilizing Invoice Cloud, our robust new payment portal, you can schedule a payment, manage auto-pay, and make electronic check or credit card payments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
To begin using this fabulous system visit www.invoicecloud.com/iresllc and click “Register Now” to make a payment, securely store account/credit card information, view payment history, update auto-payments, and add an additional bill recipient. Make sure you have your agent code handy for registration. Your Agent code is located under “My Info” in your IRESis account.
That’s right, folks! The convenience and control is just a click away with an option to make a one-time payment or register for an account that offers all of the expanded features.
Now you’re logged in and ready to go! The system could not be easier to navigate. At the click of a button you can view/pay open invoices, check out your payment history, schedule a future payment, and manage your auto-pay settings.
Under the “Update my account information” option you can add a courtesy email (i.e. a secondary contact to receive your bill), and update other billing related information.
With our 2017 annual and first quarter fees coming up soon, you may want to consider getting signed up for auto-pay! Invoice Cloud makes automatic payments a breeze with more options than ever before. You may now make payments with Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express or a checking account. Set it and forget it so you’re never late on your MLS fees!
If you were signed up for auto-pay on a credit card in the old system, you will need to sign up again with the new system in order to move forward with automatic payments. It takes just a few moments to reap all of the benefits outlined in this article.
Perhaps the most exciting feature of this new system is the notifications that it provides. You will receive an email notification when your bill is ready for payment, reminders before the due date, and if your credit card is about to expire. This correspondence allows you to focus less on paying bills and more on taking great care of your clients!
