The following document is the official 5 Star Affiliate Application. Please complete this form and return it to the Fort Collins Board of REALTORS® for certification. In order to be considered for as 5 Star Affiliate for a specific year FCBR must receive your application no later than August 15th.
This is the official Rookie of the Year Application for Rookie of the Year for the Fort Collins Board of REALTORS®. Please fax 970-223-2900 or email clint@fcbr.org your completed application by 3pm on November 1st in order to be eligible for consideration. The Rookie of the Year award will be presented to the winner at our Holiday/Awards event.

FCBR’s Young Professionals Network (YPN) is pleased to announce the NEW Young Professional of the Year Award. This yearly award is meant to recognize an outstanding REALTOR® under the age of 40 for outstanding contributions in the community as well as with the Board. Unlike the Rookie of the Year Award there is no sales based criteria, but rather focuses on the overall accomplishments of those younger agents in our association.
