The Division of Real Estate is seeking information on experiences with Appraisal Management Companies

As a result of the Dodd-Frank Act, state appraiser boards will be required to regulate appraisal management companies.  As Colorado contemplates this regulation, the Division is seeking information regarding individual experiences with appraisal management companies.  If you would like to participate, please tell us about the experience you have had with appraisal management companies by responding to amc.feedback@dora.state.co.us If possible, please include your name and telephone number so that we might be able to follow up with you if necessary.
