The FCBR Government Affairs Committee will meet on September 7th at 12 pm in the Education Center. All members are welcome to attend! Agenda items will be a discussion on the Eastside/Westside Neighborhood Housing Standards and the proposed changes to the Floodplain Regulations.

2010 CREC Annual Commission Update Course- Thursday, September 9th from 8:30AM-12:30PM


This 4-hour course is required to be taken annually by all licensees prior to renewal. The course is updated once a year to a new version and CE credit is offered only once per version taken.
You will learn recent Commission changes in laws, rule, regulations and forms. You'll also receive a heads-up and advice on the most common problems and complaints the Commission is experiencing at the time the course is developed. This course is developed by the Commission and filled with important updates designed to keep you current in your Colorado real estate practice. We take training directly from the Commission before offering this course to licensees to ensure complete and accurate information.
Cost $35 4 CE credits
