FCBR Helps CAR launches new GRI program

The Colorado Association of REALTORS® Education Services hosted its first beta live interactive GRI webcast class- G07 - Sales Contracts on Wednesday, March 21st from 9am - 4pm. FCBR was proud to one of just a handful of Associations in the state and the only to offer it as a FREE member offering to a group of GRI designation seekers.

This new interactive technology allowed for the class to be taught in Denver at the CAR Building while being simal cast at FCBR and the other local Associations. This class unlike a typical webinar allowed the participants to be seen by the instructor and to ask question just as they would were the instructor in person. Several of those who participated said that the class had a very similar feeling to an in person classroom setting and that they would look forward to pursuing their GRI designation via this new format.

Stay tuned for more GRI classes to come in the future via interactive webcasting. The future GRI offerings should be a lower cost option for attaining this very important and useful designation.
