2012-13 Leadership Elected & Bylaws Update Pass
Thanks once again to all of our members who voted in this year's Leadership Election & Bylaws vote. A total of 270 members cast ballots this year.
Again, FCBR would like to thank each of the candidates for stepping forward to run for a leadership position with the Fort Collins Board of REALTORS®.
The following will serve on the 2012-13 Leadership Team:
Chair Elect/CAR Director: (Will Serve as the 2013-14 Chair of the Board)

Bylaws Adopted
FCBR members also approved the bylaws language change requested by the Colorado Association of REALTORS® with a 92% yes vote to ensure that our local bylaws match with CAR's administrative process for Professional Standards. The new bylaws language will now be incorporated into FCBR's Official Bylaws.
