New Governance Structure Overwhelmingly Supported by Vote
The Fort Collins Board of REALTORS® leadership would like to thank all those members who voted to adopt the proposed Bylaw changes. As was mentioned throughout the campaign these changes represent the culmination of over 3 years of concerted strategic efforts by your Board of Directors (BOD) to ensure the FCBR's member value is maximized now, and into the future.
Two hundred and twenty-two (222) members cast a vote with 93% voting in support of the proposed changes. With this affirmative vote FCBR's Policy Governance can be fully implemented and we will be seeking candidates for four open positions on the now 9 member Board of Directors. We have 3 two year Board of Director positions and we will be seeking our first Chair-elect.
